A: No, the minimum age allowed is 18.

A: Reservations are available at check-in or ring from your room.

A: Yes, there are over 106 different tours, excursions and activities you can book from our hotel. You can see them all here: Tours and Excursions from Hyatt Zilara Cancun

A: Pool and beach cabanas without numbers are available on a first come first serve basis, there are no extra fees. Cabanas with numbers are reserved for premium suites. Cabanas are by reservation during the foam pool party on Tuesdays.

A: The Hyatt Zilara actually offers the parking complimentary to all guest. Valet and self-parking, so no need to book.

A:  Yes, you can have breakfast and lunch on the day you arrive if you are on an early flight. We would be able to hold your luggage and get you checked in until your room is ready.

A: The resort is about 30 minutes driving distance from Cancun International Airport. If you catch the local bus it’s super cheap but will take around 1 hour as it stops at all the resorts along the way.

A: Yes. There are several shopping centers just a few minutes walk away from our Cancun resort. The biggest mall in the Hotel Zone is only 5mins walk away. There is a local craft market right across the road with lots of shops.

A: No. Rooms are assigned only upon check-in and are subject to availability.

A: No, it’s available for guests staying in a premium Junior Suite and superior room categories.

A: No, sorry no pets are not allowed at the Hyatt Zilara Cancun.

A: You can use your own currency or exchange it at the resort for Mexican pesos. You’ll get better value if you exchange at a local bank or at the airport into Mexican Pesos.

A: Everything you need is included, from authentic dining options to world-class entertainment and locally inspired activities. Additional charges would apply for extras, like excursions, spa appointments, and gift shop purchases.

A: Hyatt Zilara Cancun features non-smoking rooms. Smoking is allowed in designated areas.

A: We offer a variety of beers, including Dos Equis, Coors Light, Tecate Light, Superior. A selection of local artisan beers are also available at Chef’s Plate or at the main Lobby Bar.

A: Yes. We recommend that guests indicate their special dietary needs and restrictions prior to or immediately upon arrival so that we may make a note of this on their reservation and inform the relevant departments.

A: Restaurants will only close for maintenance, but we will give notice to guests.

A: The Ocean Front room features unobstructed ocean views, access to the Chef’s Plate and a Nespresso coffee system.

A: Yes, in the lobby north corridor.

A: Pelicanos and Spice are recommended for large groups. Yes, there is a charge for large groups and reservations are required.

A: No, spa treatments are an extra fee. Prices vary depending on the treatment and the length.

A: Yes, the pools are heated.

A: Yes, all rooms have a balcony.

A: The 24-hour lounge and in-room suite service are available 24 hours. All restaurants close at 11:00 pm.

A: No. The resort is entirely all inclusive.
